About the course
Japanese Cosmo Lifting is a manual face lifting method developed by Lone Sorensen, combining neuro-reflexology, Japanese muscle stimulation techniques, and facial reflex point work. I am trained and certified by Lone Sorensen to teach this method, and I deliver it in Australia through the Australian School of Facial and Neuro Reflexology.
The method works on two levels simultaneously. It stimulates reflex areas and nerve points in the face that correspond to organ function, hormonal balance, circulation, and the nervous system. At the same time, it works directly on facial muscles, tissue, and skin — improving tone, elasticity, and hydration. The result is a natural lifting effect produced by the body's own physiological response, not by external intervention.
The course is taught entirely hands-on. You practice the full treatment sequence on real faces across both days.
What the method does
Japanese Cosmo Lifting was developed out of Lone Sorensen's clinical observation that as clients receiving facial reflexology came into systemic balance, their appearance also changed — lines softened, muscle tone improved, and skin quality shifted. This led to a structured investigation of how facial lines and loss of tone connect to internal dysfunction and emotional patterns, and to the development of a therapeutic lifting protocol that addresses both.
The treatment:
Increases skin firmness, elasticity, and hydration
Reduces lines and muscular tension
Stimulates the lymphatic system
Supports organ function, hormonal regulation, and nervous system balance
Works as an effective anti-stress treatment
The method is suitable for all skin types, requires no equipment beyond the hands and specified natural products, and has no adverse effects.
What you will learn
The course covers the full professional Japanese Cosmo Lifting treatment in clinical sequence.
The complete treatment protocol
All 15 technical steps in correct order. Pressure, stretch, and muscle toning techniques. Precise work on facial reflex areas and nerve reflex points. The distinction between firm pressure, lymphatic activation, and light stroke work.
Reflex and systemic connections
How to work the zones and points that connect the face to organ function, hormones, circulation, and nervous system state. Facial diagnosis based on Tibetan medicine.
Products and their application
How cold-pressed rosehip oil works on the skin and which skin types it supports. How to use salt lotion as part of skin preparation and technique. How to use crystal balls for tissue stimulation and specific technique steps.
Home programme for clients
