Jasmina Kotorac
My professional career started in Croatia as a physiotherapist. Since coming to Australia, I worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in a Rehabilitation hospital, living my passion in looking after and caring for patients of all ages that were facing different health challenges and issues in neurology, orthopaedics and rheumatology.
Woman’s health has always been one of my strong interests, but since graduating, my focus grew into a wider interest in different reflexology modalities. This genuine interest has taken me into the next few years of intense studying to be able to offer a desired reflexology treatments to varied clientele.
I practice different reflexology modalities; traditional and TCM foot reflexology, facial reflexology, Reproductive and Fertility Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
I specialise in Neuro Facial Reflexology (Sorensensistem), a unique and very effective complementary holistic therapy that uses the bases of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Acupressure points, Oriental Energy Meridians together with the Modern Neuro- Anatomy to help improve the underlying imbalances which often manifest in our bodies in the form of physical, mental, hormonal and/or emotional issues.
Always wanting to help my clients in achieving their desired health and wellbeing goals, I place a great importance on a continuing education, broadening the knowledge with advanced courses and techniques. Throughout last year I have been travelling to and from Denmark to study at the International Institute of Reflex Therapy under a founder, director of the Institute and my mentor, professor Lone Sorensen, being the first and only facial reflexologist in Australia to obtain the diploma in Temprana Brain Rehabilitation and Home Training Reflex Therapy.

Nicole Kardas
Nicole’s Facial Reflexology journey started when she was a stay-at-home mum. Around that time, her mother Jasmina graduated in Facial Reflexology. Nicole’s daughter had some health challenges and instructed by her mum, Nicole started implementing the treatment, after only a few weeks she noticed some massive improvements. Nicole was so amazed at how effective facial reflexology was. After achieving such great results this inspired her to take the leap and make Reflexology a career.
Nicole began intense studying and training with the Lone Sorensen’s Institute of Reflexology, graduating in Facial Reflexology, and completing a certificate in Vagus Nerve Reflex Stimulation.
Health and wellness have always been a strong interest of Nicole’s. Knowing the importance of keeping the body in good health by facilitating the body’s own ability to heal itself is something she feels very strongly about. Being able to offer this type of treatment to clients to help them to achieve their health goals and be a part of their health journey is her passion.
One of her most recent career highlights was being involved in volunteering for the ‘Reflexology Week’ event, organised by Australian Association of Reflexology, something she is looking forward to taking part in on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
**Diploma in Facial Reflexology 1-5 Sorensensistem (International Institute of Facial Reflex Therapy)
**Certificates obtained from the International Institute of Reflex Therapy: Vagus Nerve Reflex Stimulation- Sorensensistem
Doriana
Doriana developed an interest in spiritual and holistic practices after experiencing some trauma. On this journey, she found a healer who assisted her in overcoming her fear, building her self-esteem and discovering her passions.
Doriana’s employment background has been to assist others, from assisting people to find work, to support work for the Disabled and then in early childhood education. In 2016, Doriana went on to complete the Reiki courses, both levels I and II so she would be able to assist others in the same way she was. Doriana would love for more people to know about Reiki and how it can help them to reduce symptoms of anxiety/stress, give them the confidence to do things that they wouldn’t normally do, and build a stronger connection with themselves.
Tasha
Tasha’s journey into naturopathy began with a deep desire to empower others to become the healthiest, most balanced versions of themselves. Discovering the transformative power of nutrition, herbal medicine and natural therapies felt like a natural extension of her passion for helping people feel their best. She has always been fascinated by the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right environment, and she is dedicated to guiding others toward that same understanding.
After completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in 2022, Tasha began working closely with patients to uncover the root causes of their health concerns. She was drawn to naturopathy for its holistic and individualised approach, one that recognises that true healing takes place when the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health are considered together.
In her practice, Tasha focuses on identifying and supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based nutrition and herbal medicine with the traditional philosophies of Naturopathy. She works collaboratively with her patients, empowering them with the knowledge, tools and practical strategies they need to take an active role in their healing.
Tasha’s areas of interest include stress, anxiety, fatigue, hormonal health, skin health and digestive function. She has a particular passion for helping those who feel burnt out or disconnected from their bodies to rebuild resilience and vitality through gentle, sustainable changes.
At the heart of Tasha’s work is her commitment to creating a supportive and compassionate space where patients feel heard and understood. Every treatment plan is designed to reflect the individual’s lifestyle, values and goals, ensuring that healing feels both achievable and long-lasting. Through education, nourishment and lifestyle guidance, Tasha helps bring balance back into all aspects of health and wellbeing.
Spirituality and connection are the first principles of understanding “the self”. Ishita wishes to educate and assist others on their spiritual journey by providing the spiritual guidance and therapies they require.
Ishita has a longstanding appreciation of holistic therapies. Originating from the Himalayas, Ishita has studied and practised Yoga for over fifteen years.
Through the study of Yoga, Ishita was exposed to the art of meditation, guiding her through her self healing journey.
Her journey started after a traumatic and emotionally turbulent time. Initial relief was found in Bali, where she participated in several forms of holistic practises. She learned that to further her understanding of healing necesitated her return to her native Himalayas where she learnt meditation.
It was on this trip that Ishita discovered Sound and Vibration Healing, otherwise known as “Himalayan Singing Bowls”. After receiving the therapy in 2021, she undertook training in 2023 and has been practising since.
Ishita became a qualified Yoga teacher in 2023. She studied in Rishikesh, Northern India (holy river flow Ganges).
